Roseanna Lucille Kissee

September 23, 1968 - February 26, 2022

Roseanna Lucille (Miller) Kissee, age 53, was born September 23, 1968 in Kansas City MO to the parents, Marvin & Shirlene (Watkins) Miller. She was preceded in death by her father; her brothers, Ronald Miller and Roy Miller; father in-law, Jimmy Dallas; sister in-law, Ellen Miller; nephew, Michael Thomas; great nephew, Joshua Miller and great niece, Marcella Romero-Miller.   Roseanna attended Northeast High School in Kansas City MO and was a long-time residence of Northeast Kansas City and Independence MO. Roseanna was a long-time employee of Town Topic; where she worked alongside of her mother, her father, her siblings, many nieces and nephews. She also spent time working at the family bar Jimmy Dallas as a bartender alongside her mother in-law, Dolores Kissee.  On March 27,1990, Roseanna had her only born child, Rachel Kissee Young, the light of her life.  Roseanna departed this life on Saturday, February 26, 2022 in Kansas City MO.     She leaves to cherish their memories: her husband, Ashley Young; her daughter, Rachel Kissee Young; stepson, Joshua Kissee & wife; her mother Shirlene Miller; sisters: Roxey Miller and Roberta Collins (Robert); brothers: Robert Miller (Lola) and Rocket Miller; sister-in-law, Starlla Kingfisher-Miller; many step grandkids “Joshua's children”; uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and many friends.
